The inaugural WordCamp Tampa will take place at the Kaiser University on October 4th and 5th, 2014. The Call for Speakers went out in July and we hear the selection has been made for this event. Tickets went on sale couple of weeks ago, and only a few are still available.
The price is $ 30 per person for the 2-Day WordPress conference with multiple tracks for all skill levels, lunch for Saturday and Sunday, t-shirt, lots of swag, and a fantastic networking after party.
The groups of speakers promises a great array of presentations. Saturday schedule holds the two tracks:
- Design & Development
- Publishing & Marketing
And on Sunday it’s about “Business & other”
Of course, the party on Saturday night will be epic

Wordcamps are casual, locally-organized conferences about All-Things WordPress, the free and open-source publishing software powering millions of sites on the Internet. They are attended by people ranging from blogging newbies to professional WordPress devlopers, designers and consultants.
